Our penthouse amenities include the 18th-floor penthouse mezzanine and the 27th-floor penthouse lounge and terrace.

Yes, but we do have breed restrictions for dogs. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment and a weight limit of 50lbs.

There is a one-time pet fee of $500 and a monthly fee of $50 per pet.
